you can get Honka and pick for Zaitsev, but Lindell is whole another level.. He is the reason Klingberg is that good.

First of all zaitsev is necessary on the right. He has been a great shut down guy this season. It isn’t easy making gardiner look competent in his own end. Secondly I don’t think Dallas makes this trade.

I have been doing a few draft trades with the idea of Lilly not being ready and dermott moving to the first season air with either he or Reilly playing the right. The idea is to find a cheap replacement for gardiner while risen works his way up and sandin develops.

One of my first targets was going to be Lindell, but after trying to put together a fair trade I quickly realized he was too good to be an interim player and would cost way to much in assets.

Still leads our team in hits and blocked shots.... hell he blocked one right into our net against the islanders. He is being asked to play a role this year and I think he is doing that well. When gardiner is in the pair with the least goals against in the league..... something is going right.

Trading with Dallas bring back Polak for the 3rd time, as he has experience playing with Gardiner and trying to cover his bonehead plays and weak net coverage. Zaitsev was better in his rookie season playing with Reilly. Don't take that suggestion too seriously.

Lindell would probably be the best D in TOR...aside from Rielly that is. There's no way DAL would move him.
