I am intrigued by Winnipeg's team and with the connection to Brassard last season. I like all of their Centers but I think the package is too big to get back just Lowry. You can probably take Jarry out and it is still a fair trade, compensation wise. I just think with Scheifele, Little, Lowry, Copp and Roslovic on the come up they might not want Brassard, unless it's Little that's going out with his higher cap hit. They definitely should have a center in play, like you have Lowry, but unless they are truly going all in for it this season I don't think that they would take Brassard on.

What's your thoughts on offering more for Little (ha, pun)

Of course I have to start with the caveat that I am NOT GMJR. These are just trades I would make IF I was him...
MY opinion is that Lowry would be a total steal at his contract for the Pens' 3C in return for Brassard, Jarry and the draft pick. I think that is the best option for GMJR, and I don't think he wants to take on the higher salary with Little.

Thats an understatement

This is such a bad trade. Who do you think youre acquiring? Panarin? This makes chiarelli look like an angel. And that says something.

I know the jets don’t want to trade Lowry but this would be an offer that works perfect. Lowry will get claimed by Seattle and if we can get a year of brassard and a first it’s worth it

I don't think the Jets need Jarry. It's not like they have goalie issues.
You can easily remove him from this trade considering his contract is one way next year. That just creates an issue for them or makes them trade him out.
You are looking at Brass and a 1st for Lowry.
I think it's a bit high. I know you get a few more years of Lowry but Brass has proven he's the better player on ice. You are looking at a guy who's career year is 29 points and then it's all lower 20s and teens. While Brass is a 30-40 point player most of his career.

If you wanted to add a pick maybe a 2nd. No way I'm giving up a 1st on that.
