Seeing how it’s a Habs post from a Habs fan they are not going to counter their own offer. Lol.

But it is an overpayment.

Keep Hudon and Peca, just roster fillers no interest. 4th not needed if a 1st is involved. Juulsen a nice trade chip but as deep as Canes are on RD no need. 1st alone is an overpayment but somebody will likely give them one considering how hot of market he has lately.

In fairness to both teams. 2nd and Jacob Olofsson would be about right.

Lol. I get the same response on every post from him. He does not like my avatar much. That and I called him out a few times for his player values which tend to be way....way off. I believe his first response was “i am not going to take advice on Canadiens players value from (insert random Bruins fan insult here)”. Since then every response is simply “wrong” to try to bug me but it only shows everyone else his own ignorance. Lol.

Borderline on that being an overpayment, but i agree that it is not a smart move for Habs, or a needed one.
