Sens, Jax, Blues have no interest in sabotaging their teams by trading talent for crap. Spooner could have been claimed for free and nobody wanted him, why would anyone trade for him? You’ll have to retain salary on him to have any chance of moving him.

Maybe the Sharks say yes if they want a veteran 3rd for insurance. Someone would give you a 6th for Manning probably more. Beyond that the rest have no chance.

There was a rumor that Zetterberg might try to play next season but he has done an interview since that rumor came out and he said he really is retired. That being said I don't think Sekera would get you Zetterberg. In the last 2 seasons he has played only a handful of games because he blew out his knee and then he ruptured his achilles.

You wouldn't be GM for long if you made that mess of trades
