First, Columbus is not in a jam with their UFAs, UFAs come and go all the time. Actually good teams acquire upcoming UFAs to make their teams stronger for the playoff rush. Contending teams don't get all panicky and think they are in a jam....they try to win with for their players and their fans.
What a horrid trade for the Leafs. Bjugstad isn't special.

Lolol Bjugstad is no where near Panarin or even Nylander in terms of ceiling and skill. Clear downgrade for Toronto and Panthers will be parading after making that kind of deal.
