His extension wouldn't kick in till after next year anyways. Hed be signed throughout next year at 4.5 mill. After that, they could trade Miller, Palat or Killorn

No no no no no no. Bad seasons happen all the time in the NHL and the player almost always rebounds. Schwartz hasn’t been his best but he has 12 expected goals but has only scored 4, that will turn around. Schwartz has also had to drag around Steen and Bozak lately and I think the return of Perron will help him immensely.

And Kucherov has his contract kick in next year, and mcdonagh, and then there’s this guy named Brayden point

Schwartz deal I say no, but no take backs on the Tampa one.

They have 9-10M in cap after a lot of players are leaving at the end of the season and a 83M cap ceiling.

And that will all go to point, and they still need to sign 4-5 players

it's not all going toward him I would say a certain portion of it, but they also could get palat out the door, and they will use prospects heading on to the NHL Roster.

I think Palat is as good as gone already. Just a hunch that he's going to be moved regardless if this hypothetical deal happens or not.
