It's a big package, and I bet they're tempted, but the prospect of having 3 years of an entry level impact players with all the other talent there is probably too much for them to trade the pick.

Johansson is decent but is a rental.
Butcher is a wash with Zadorov.
Schneider has negative value due to his contract.

Hall is the only piece that is worth trading for and is a UFA in 1 year. Its not tempting at all to be honest

except for Hall, this is total crap. Butcher was property of Avs and did not even want to sign his damn entry-level contract... so no thanks! That pick is not available. If you want it badly you have to make a STUNNING offer, a ERIC LINDROS kind of offer. Youy don't trade the best lottery ticket for Jack Hugues for Hall + crap. It's your own 1st pick + minimum 3 of your best prospects (Ty Smith, Mcleod, Blackwood, Boqvist.
