Apparently, the purpose of all these moves is to acquire Miller and Ristolainen. Meanwhile, you've traded away 4 of the current top 9 forwards. I don't think any of your trades are proper value, but let me zero in on two. (1) Why should the Maple Leafs give away Kadri, a sure thing, plus a second-round draft pick, for Roslovic, a maybe thing? This is a bad hockey move made necessary only because you took on two high-priced defensemen. (2) Why should the Maple Leafs give Hyman away? I know you think Toronto comes out ahead a second-round pick by signing Alex Chiasson to replace him, but I'd rather have Hyman and Brown than Chiasson and Miller.
