Why are the Rangers giving you Howden?

This is a lot of quantity going to NY (especially the next 5 years of Zaitsev's contract), but not a whole lot of quality.

Carolina reject, you don't get a 1RD for a 3C, you also probably need to add a little more if NYR take Zaitzev but there's a deal to be made there

Kadri is not a 3C just because the leafs play him there. In Carolina easy second if not first

I highly doubt NYR bites at that trade. I really like Bracco, but he can't be the centrepiece in a deal like that.

Also, Kadri alone is not enough to get Hamilton.

I dunno. Necas would be the 2C in the long run and Staal as the 3C. There’s no room for Kadri
