Can't think of any reason why Killer would waive his NTC. I'd love to snag Kassian but we have absolutely 0 room for Benning, Benn, Bellemare, Krug. Girardi / Coburn (maybe even Strals) I think are both locks for 2m or less re-signs. Cal Foote is NHL ready next year. And there's even more fwd prospects in line than on the defensive waiting list.

i wonder if McDavid is wondering if it's worth being himself to play on Edmonton. bottom line is McDavid is not a selling feature that would attract Killorn into a franchise with that joke of a front office
