when you are playing 30+ games at the NHL level you are no longer a "prospect"

I mean, the Sens have to be in the conversation, right?

A couple of elite level prospects in Brannstrom and Batherson, a solid crop of quality D prospects in Wolanin, JBD and Lajoie, and round it out with some high skill forwards like Brown, Norris, Abramov and Crookshank. Their depth of goalie prospects is the cherry top.

Formenton, Chlapik, Davidsson, Balcers and Veronneau too. They're definitely amongst the top, and have a million picks over the next few years.

The Oilers have a top-5 prospect pool:

Evan Bouchard - blue-chip top-pairing potential.
Kailer Yamamoto - top-6 winger
Tyler Benson - top-6 winger (1st in rookie scoring in the AHL)
Dimiri Samarukov - top-4 D (just one 3 awards for best defensive defensemen in OHL)
Ethan Bear - top-4 D
Caleb Jones - top-4 D
Ryan McLeod - 3rd line center
Kiril Maksimov - boom or bust - potential top-6 winger or bust
Cooper Marody - middle six center
Lagesson - 2nd-3rd pairing defensive defensemen.

They also have a great crop of goalie prospects:
Skinner, Rodrigue, Hawkey, Starret.
