Don’t need Tyler Myers, already have Phil Myers.
JVR trade terrible and unnecessary.
TVR trade is pretty good. Rather flip Hagg and a pick in TVR trade or Drouin trade tho.
Signing Varlamov is terrible and counter productive, Hart is the goalie, just need an inexpensive backup. (Talbot)

Why are we giving JVR away for a cap dump and a 2nd? He is worth a lot more than that! The guy was on pace for 40 goals this year.

Yeah, these are the definitely the types of scenarios that we know will never happen. What is the thinking behind:

dumping JVR
Signing a 6 mil AAV when after 2 decades we finally find a goalie of the future candidate
Why isn't Myers in the starting lineup after signing him to that contract
Ghost for Drouin is not enough, Drouin had 4 points in his last 22 something games, crumbled in the most pressure packed time of the season, and could be singlehandedly the reason why Montreal was boucned
Signing Konecny for 6.75 is pretty absurd
Only signing Provy to a bridge deal is pretty absurd, he's only gonna get better and will have to sign him to a 9/10 mil a year contract in two years
Way too much for Hartman as well as Laughton
