that's a very fair return for RNH, but I think that Edmonton would need something up front if they were gonna lose RNH. Instead of the first round pick and the other pieces, how about JVR? RNH and a kicker for JVR and Ghost?

I'd certainly consider something like that, though the Oilers need to shed salary really. Part of this deal as it gives them a good offensive defender while also saving the a reasonable chunck of cap space. Not sure they could afford to add JVR without significant cap moves elsewhere.

That's an interesting deal for Edmonton. I'd say if you expect Puljujarvi in it though you might be a bit off. Sure he's struggled till this point, but he still has some pretty good potential that could make that deal extremely lopsided. I'd start with changing the 1st to Philly's 1st at #11. Moves it a bit closer but Puljujarvi might be a hard get outta Edmonton, I could see them instead wanting to use his value to rid themselves of Lucic's deal.

I like the principal of the Arizona deal, but they're not moving Galchenyuk already. They gave up a lot to get him, they'll try to make it work still and he didn't have that bad of a year, seems to fit their system well.

& you're getting massively ripped off from Ottawa. It won't take that much to unload 1 year of MacDonald's contract, and won't get that low of a return. Probably more of MacDonald and 1 of the prospects for a mediocre prospect coming back

No way in hell that gets you a sign and trade Jacob Trouba, Detroit would offer more then this. Trouba would want 8 x 8 no way he signs for less then $7.5 million. The only teams i see Trouba doing a sign and trade with are Detroit and Florida if you're only offering Trouba $7.2 million then there's no way he signs there.
