Flames need more cap space, not less.

Also, you gave yourself a free buyout of Marleau by trading him back to TO. You're over the cap.

Buying out Marleau costs 6.25 mil against TB's cap.

Calgary is too close to the cap to take Callahan. And why would a team want him?? His on ice production is nonexistent.

Point's 8 mil. Maybe a 4 year deal. Definitely not 8 years...

Let's just face it, Toronto isn't going to be able to get rid of Marleau's contract unless they add something of value. That also depends on if Marleau waives his NMC.
