You are over that cap because you are over the cap. That is also a huge overpay for both Kapanen and Johnsson both will be traded if that is there ask.

I think the only edge you took Toronto over was the fiscal cliff. Chicago is hurting now because of two $10 million players, and you want to give the Leafs three $11 million players??? That's Eron / Authur Anderson-like fiscal management. I'm sure Boston fans would be grateful.

It does take ltir off. It doesn’t count ahl players. You’re just over the cap
