Your logjam starts with Keith and Seabrook. You should start there.

Those pieces don't get you the #8 overall pick, If the Hawks take Byram we assume that Colorado or LA take Cozens that pretty much means that Detroit takes one of Turcotte/Dach/Caufield with their #6 pick. Doubt you'd get Turcotte with the #8 pick seeing that Detroit is heavily scouting him as well.

Turcotte is going to Wisconsin next year and he won't fall to #8.

Trading Gus would be a bad move, he's right now a top 5 point producer on defense, no other way to describe it but giving up on him would be foolish. If he gets off to that kind of start midway through the season next year, the Hawks COULD move him for at least a 1st and 2nd rounder, maybe more.

Mitchell is going to end up being a solid top 4 player and is 1 year away, why trade him now?

Move Saad and Krys plus a 4th rounder for a top 10 pick if that's what you want, but after pick 6, the target should be Zegras, Boldy or Caufield. Cozens, Dach, Byram and Turcotte are almost a sure bet to go 3, 4, 5, and 6 not necessarily in that order.

I will bet you $100 that Cozens, Dach, Byram, and Turcotte are not all picked top six. None of us know how the draft is going to go lol. I would agree however that Turcotte is gone by 6

I’d bet Byram would be gone by 6. He is projected to be a Top 2 Shutdown Defender.... the more I think about it the more I want the Hawks to draft him at 3 spot.
