I agree. Now Edmonton's defense is underrated as is but with Trouba added to it. They could actually start Montoya and win games.

Doubtful if Jersey is on Little's "trade me to" list.

Trouba has no control over where he goes.

Fair enough, was trying to find somewhere that could use center help with cap space that had a 3rd line winger with a reasonable cap hit to send back.

Than just the 7th, who cares what it is for. WPG could use the cap relief and MTL could use some offensive depth and heading home could rejuvenate his career.

We got a 20 goals scorers in Paul Byron playing on the 4th line, we dont need Perrault at all.

Little's salary and his long term coupled with age and modified NTC makes him almost an impossible trade IMO. Little is worth his contract now, but teams would wary of a guy on the wrong side of thirty.

Wanna bet? If Trouba isn't under contract. And more then likely he wont be. He can refuse to sign with Edmonton. He'd be a one year rental there. And no way in hell Holland gives up RNH for one year of Trouba.

Yup, He's sure not leaving a better Winnipeg squad for a crappy Edmonton squad that's for sure.

I do wanna bet, he is a RFA. He literally has no say over where he goes. He can sit out a year if he doesn't want to sign, sit home and get paid nothing and not accrue a year which would then leave him with another RFA year remaining until he is 27. The only thing he has say in is how long he signs for which maybe only for a year if they can't sell him on Edmonton. So unless you are suggesting Trouba is going to go nuclear, pass on 10+ million dollars by sitting on the couch the next two seasons until he turns 27 (which isn't going to happen), yeah I do wanna bet!
