I'm ok with Habs trade. But, man, you undervaluated Horny's value here. Did you see how good he was in World Cup? 7 goals in 8 games. I know it's not the same level of the most NHL games. But there're teams which had many great players there. Like Russia and Sweden, for example. I didn't like that one.

I just think pens should get out of that contract sooner rather than later. I know he had a great World Cup of hockey, and that helps his value. im just worried that if he has another poor season, that contract is gonna look like an albatross. id rather sell low for cap relief. Hagelin gets at least 2.5 from someone probably the Caps. Hornqvist is slow like much of the team and his value is questionable. Dump his salary before it is an anvil.

Watch he will get multiple years from someone. He may not score much anymore but he is a plug and play on any line player. Great speed. Great on PK. Great in clubhouse. Hope Caps resign if not Pens or another team will..

TVR is an under rated D that could probably play top 4 on a lot of teams. Carolinas D is just so deep
