    I dunno about EDM being in a position to give two seconds for a 30-point winger... He might be a force in the locker room, but I don't know whether that actually has an effect for his trade value.

    It's not 2 first & he score 20 goals & have the speed to play with McDavid to score 30 goals + he's a veteran

    I'm not high on Brodie. I know he is a lefty, but he was better at the right D this season. And he is UFA next season... Also, if we sign him it would cost a lot and which D do we protect for the expansion draft? Still, your trades make sense in term of value

    Lol seconds I mean I typed that accidentally. And those are just assumptions. EDM is not going to overpay for players just because they could be better with McDavid. Literally every player in the league would be better with McDavid...

    For all the fun that people have with this Armchair GM dream machine, they forget that teams will be limited to the number of players they can protect in the next expansion draft.
