Fantastic signing by the Canes for their top goaltending prospect. Nedeljkovic won the Baz Bastian Trophy as the top goaltender in the AHL. For young goaltenders this is a harbinger of promotion to the NHL the following season. I def expect he’ll see a good workload with the Canes, partly dependent on whomever they sign as a UFA (McElhinney vs Bobrovsky and everyone in between - all 7 of them).

You can't go wrong with a bridge contract this low. Tremendous upside on this guy and he will be pushing to start.
