Do you think Yzerman would offer sheet his old team. He's only been with the Wings for a couple months.

I think Cholos ceiling is as a #4 and he has a ways to go to get there.

I think Yzerman would take advantage of any opportunity to make the team a contender long term.

Isn't Bertuzzi already signed for this season at 1.4? Seems a waste of 2.8 to give him the raise when really the Wings need Goaltending a D of note. And if you are dressing Abby then move him into the 3rd or 4th line where he can get injured and save the team some money smile

I dont love the offer sheet here. Its not that im against sheeting people but I dont love the player here. Maybe after this season id change my mind on him. You can sign gardiner right now for what the offer sheet would cost and keep the picks.
