I guess I'll say it again. Brent Seabrook has a full no-trade clause in his contract. If the Blackhawks agree to trade him, Seabrook has the right to say "I'm not going there" and the deal is voided. I'm ultimately a believer that unless he's healthy scratched in a majority of the games to start the season (which wouldn't make sense) that he's not agreeing to leave Chicago for anything other than a Stanley Cup contender.

And not even that. Supposedly he wants to work for the Blackhawks when he retires and has no desire to go anywhere other then the Nucks.

You're right, but this is a website to fool around with hypothetical situations. You know Chicago is dreading the contract they gave him with a NMC and they'd probably like to move him, but he has all the power
