Do you seriously think Haas is going to make the team this year? Also I think 12.5 is to high for hall, give him 8.5 or move on!

If Edm offers Hall McDavid money then he says yes for sure.

What's all tis love for Hall. He's a career well under a point a game. Has had only had two superior seasons in his career. Better ways to spend 12m long term. Better ways to spend 9m long term.

Are you drunk, 511 points in 562 games is " well under" on consistently crappy teams! He drives his own line from lw position....

Trading for Gaborik and placing him on LTIR gives ample cap room... you have to switch to the "Long-term Outlook" view to see it... although... i still think the cap space is being incorrectly calculated... there should be about $1.3MM of cap space after everything is said and done. Also... at $12.5MM plus a chance to play on a team with McDavid again, there's no way he's turning that down.

Not necessarily needing to give him McDavid money... but I was just trying to show how we could give up some significant money in a contract to get him. I'd probably put his value closer to $10.0MM, but throw in a bit more to convince him to play in Edmonton again.

Well If he says yes then so be it.... But you may want to make moves to actually get under the cap then.

The only way Hall should have McDavid money is if he breaks into his house and steals it.

I don’t know why but I’ve been laughing at your comment for 5 minutes straight. Well played!
