Jost-Kadri-Donskoi imo.

What is your prediction of points for these guys?

had the same; some would say burakovsky could play instead of Jost (on LW). Anyways, don't be surprised to see Jost/Compher as 2C for couple of games over the year

Jost around 20 goals, 15 assists.
Kadri around 25 goals, 30 assists.
Donskoi around 15 goals and 35 assists.



Compher would be with Burakovsky on 3rd line.

I think one of Landeskog or Rantanen should move down. Jost and Donskoi as your two 2nd line wingers is still pretty weak imo.

Do you agree that except Kadri, we don't really know who will play on 2nd line and who will play on 3rd line?

What would be Rantanen's production in this case? I imagine he'll still play on PP...

Ehh.. Id say that Donskoi is pretty much sure thing on Kadris wing. On LW tho.. it might be either Burakovsky, Jost or maybe even Colin Wilson.. we dont know yet but IMO Kadri-Donskoi is go to duo on 2nd line.

Donskoi's best year is 37 pts. What makes you think he can get 50?

Probably in the 70 point zone. He might see a drop in his production, but I think it makes the team as a whole stronger with two lines that can be dangerous offensively.

Only guys who are lock at their positions/lines, imo, are Landeskog, MacKinnon and Bellemare. Even Landeskog/Rantanen could play second line to balance things but not saying it will happen

Kadri. Kadri drives play amazingly and is built for that division. Great goalscoring centerman who can score 30. I dont see him scoring 30, but I can definitely see him bumping his teammate's overall numbers.

Is it likely to happen?

From what I understand the got burakovsky to elevate him upto the 2nd line because of his speed, to play on 2nd line or even top line if they get moved around

The only guy it would make sense to drop down in any way from the top trio is Landy, to make the second unit more of a two way line, but why break up the top line when it has chemistry and Landy is the bull on it. Although we know Bednar likes to tinker with lines I'd say that top line is all but a lock. Sakic has already said Jost will see 'some' time on the second line if I remember right. Kadri may well shift between 2 & 3 C depending on other players (specifically Jost and Compher getting a look). Beyond the top trio it's all in flux really and I'd say basically up for grabs for the guys who show up best. Do they go for traditional lines or scoring throughout? Too many questions to answer to be certain.

If your wanting that then trade a 4th to the rangers for namesy and put him lw1 and watch him play third fiddle like he did in Tampa and he will have a great year

I think we will see bura get some time with mack, the guys a great skater. I think we're gonna see all sorts of line combos till something clicks on the 2nd. Mack is able to carry a line by himself so i wouldn't be surprised if rants and kadri see some time together and we have landy mack bura then campher kadri rants wilson jost donskoi. I think a lot of it will be keeping a right shot on eahc of the top three lines so i don't see compher and mack ever playing together and donskoi will be third. I would be surprised if we put a line of landy kadri compher together just to make the other teams top line hate playing against us. Those guys can get in your face and under your skin.
