Description

NYI fans let me know what you think of the trade and if you don’t like it what should be added. Possibly a prospect? The trade would be made when Hyman returns from ltir.

Leafs fans... this strengthens the D this season and next. Puts us in a good position even if the cap does not rise. None of us want to lose Hyman. We all love him, myself included. Don’t get too worked up because the leafs are not going to do this anyway. Babs would drag Dubas out onto Bay St. and beat the piss out of him.

Hyman is a good hard working player (with inflated stats from playing with elite centers), but I don’t this trade makes sense for either team. He’s not an upgrade in the top 6 over beauvillier and lee , and I’d rather give the 3rd lw spot to a kid. Toronto doesn’t have another player like hyman and I think he’s needed, especially after trading kadri.

'Babs would drag Dubas out onto Bay St. and beat the piss out of him." Great idea for the trade. Babcock gets fired for the assault and the Leafs are infinitely better. They will now have a competent NHL head coach.
Isles don't really need wingers...I think the Isles decline partly due to term and cap.

From what I have seen from agm’s hosang is on the third line with dal colle Hyman would certainly be able to slog in at least that high in the line up and be able to move up and down as needed. This deal would happen in when Hyman returns. If Dobson does stick in the lineup it puts mayfield down to s healthy scratch. Would be willing to add a bit more to the deal to make it happen.

If Dobson moves up he will be a healthy scratch. The trade would take place about 15 games in (hymans return). Like I said in the description would be willing to add to the deal.

Who? Hyman? They are saying about 14 games missed. He’s already skating just not cleared for contact.
