It's an alright deal, not great but should be fine assuming he becomes a better play driver as he develops.

Lots of bonuses so I am assuming Philly acquiesced to get it done. Decent value wise but great for the player

I think if you are the player you should push as much into bonus as possible. It's tax advantage for the player.
