I think CF is a Canadian-based site, which would explain the high volume of Canadian team AGMs.
Lol why would being Canadian have any bearing on a website on the world wide web? Would there be less AGM's from Canadian fans had it been an American site?

I dunno really. It seems most of the people here are Canadian, and one reason for that could be the fact that this site is Canadian based. Maybe they know better for some reason.
I'm from Finland, and I know less than a handful regular users of this site from here, or from the Northern Europe altogether. People don't really even know the existence of this site in here, which is bit sad considering how good site this is.

The site could originate from Kenya and as long there was an English version people would use it. The origin of the site shouldn't dictate why there would be more Habs fans on it. There are more Habs fans in the world than most fan bases and the site is good. I think that's all the criteria needed to understand whats going on.
