You just opened the floodgates to MTL fans low-balling you for Zadorov. STL would beat that offer (Gunnarsson + Sanford+ a pick maybe?)

Id take either one of Lehkonen or Armia. Lehkonen is younger though and is an RFA after 2 years while Armia is a UFA after 2 years

yeah but lehkonen isnt it. his a cool filler middle 9 but not really worth a whole lot in a trade.

Lehkonen isnt better than anyone in the Avs Top 9 and maybe even half of their 4th line. Dont see the value in this trade.

Its getting a younger version of Matt Nieto...at that point just promote from the AHL

lehkonen is very good defensively and kills penalties. if youd rather have armia thats fine i would take him too. I just think Zadorov is overrated and should be moved for a forward

Honestly Its not bad but Z isn't the type of dman the Habs need and they have a gluten of LHD that are better defensively than offensively as is. This would only force them to have to make another trade, which isn't impossible but it just complicates things for them.
