Looks like that one in every couple weeks go off night happened for Sanford. Great night for him Thomas and Sundqvist, but even more than that the Defense isn’t getting as much credit as deserved for Binnington’s shutout performance.

Honestly thought the defense looked a little clunky tonight. Forwards made plays every time they touched the puck though and Binnington was obviously great

Blais injury hurts my soul, that guy is a rockstar. But yeah, Sanford-Sundqvist-Maroon was a relatively dominant line in limited minutes last year so I’m not shocked those two players are having success with Thomas.
