It's quite possible the Domingue is a downgrade on Hutchinson. This year he has a .858 and he only had a .908 with Tampa in front of him of last season. I'm pretty sure I could have had just as good results as Tampa's goaltender last season and I'm worse than Milhouse when he was tied to the net.

Why so many trades for the useless Toffoli? Korshov in the Leafs lineup would be better than Toffoli. I'll keep Ceci and Johnsson over any assets coming from the Devils.

Yes Ceci, is not good, but it's not like he has a long term contract. They are taking on Ceci for maybe half the season (~2 Mil in cap hit). if excess value exists elsewhere in the trade, teams can use their cap space as an asset.

AJ for Vatanen - retain to balance out salaries. Vatanen is a rental, and AJ has tons of control. this part is a really good trade for NJD

Bracco for Coleman. -meh, nothing for either side to complain about here

4th for domingue - again, nothing really to complain about

Ceci and a 2nd for nothing. 2nd seems to be the going rate for cap dumps.

NJD have cap space, why wouldnt they use it to get better long term assets

Even their unprotected 1st or Severson? Agree on the rest, and don't understand why so many people on here value Toffoli as highly as they do...it's beyond me.
