I think you'd have to drop Cagguila from the Leafs deal but an offseason trade for Murphy is definitely possible.

Dont worry hawks fans, you only have 4 more years of Seabrook at 6.8
I wish Keith would get traded to the jets

Strome isn't getting $5.5M for 2 years. If that's his number, that better come with 5+ years. He's worth $4m to $4.75m for 3 years right now and I point to one contract specifically. William Karlsson signed a 8 year $5.9m last offseason. What you are saying is Strome is more valuable because $5.5M for 2 years would be like $7M for 8 years...and there is no way Strome's value is close.

Strome will get a 2 or 3 bridge but it will be $4M to $4.75M...anything more and trade him.

De Haan and/or Maatta probably goes before Murphy. I believe he has a future here. Shaw also goes too if we need to. Lankinen is better than Delia at the moment

I think we could get better value for Murphy and agree that Strome shouldn't be hitting 5m+ unless he improves to a 70-80 point season which I don't see happening at this stage.

Lankinen has a .924 save pct and a 2.53 GAA. Delia has a .886 sv pct and a 3.47 GAA. Lankinen also won Gold and was the 2nd best goaltender at the World Championships over the summer. He is higher on the totem pole at this point.
