Flyers run their top 3 lines evenly. It wouldn't be a detriment to his playtime at all to play on the 3rd line, not to mention he'd more than likely play on the Power Play

He was literally quoted earlier today saying "I will take league minimum for the remainder of the year to play for a competitive team" (paraphrasing but this was his point)

No it really doesn't. Seems to be a 180 for him. Maybe getting let go from the Kings of all teams was a revelation of how bad he's been
