I don't mind it, don't know if they would do it.

I have to say having saw that TB game last night. WTF was the speed so many people say Zucker has?
He looked like he was average speed on the penguins. People made him out like he had Tanev speed.
Of course I already knew this. So many teams claim their players are fast but you drop them next to speed guys and it's like yeah, he's average. It's the same thing with the wingers coming out of LA. Buyer beware.

Totally with you. He didn't show it last night, but for me he moreso just looked like he was playing hesitant vs. slow. I would have preferred we target Kreider, but need to give this guy a hand full of games before dissecting his game.

I think Marino's injury killed any chance of trading schultz. But if getting grit was the goal this does it. Bjugstad should have his bags packed because he's as good as gone when he's healthy. No way they can keep him next season with the addition of Zucker.

I also didn't think Zucker looked as lightning fast as advertised. Maybe he'll be more comfortable by the canadiens game friday. Still was a lot to give up for him but Rutherford had a target on him for some reason.

I'm giving Zucker 10 games before commenting.

That's more than fair, and we should probably give him more than that.
But is there one of us who actually watch games that didn't notice Tanev's speed game 1?
I'm not expecting the world out of him this year having come back from a broken ankle. That first season back is always hard.
But I'm going to be honest about what I saw on the ice.
