Add Marner with half retention to that STL trade to make it fair.

If Toronto could get a 1st for him they'd do it themselves.

And if Andersen could bring back a 1st wouldn't 5 cheaper years of Murray cost a lot more???

Jenner>> Kerfoot
Anderson< Kapanen

Also Columbus has too many forwards and doesn’t want to move Jenner. Easy decline from them. We’d rather move Anderson for a 2021 2nd.

I agree. Colorado won't pay a 2nd and 3rd for a 3rd goalie...

Hes not as good..

This whole thing is silly, andersen is the only reason the leafs do as well as they have.. avs got grubauer for a second and third as a backup andersen is a top 10 starter hes worth way more

Columbus loves Jenner... he was also the 2nd line center last year for us but is a great 3rd line center. Kapanen would end up on the 3rd or 4th line with Columbus as we have too many wings already and I’m not sure Kerfoot is a 2nd line center. He struggled in that position in Colorado.

He was exaggerating to demonstrate how far-fetched your idea is. The Leafs have a less than zero chance of getting Parayko from the Blues. Never gonna happen.

1- We have plenty of D on both sides.
2- Parayko is a far more unique player.
3- Reilly is only truly valuable if he's the #1 PP defenseman. He would not be that on the Blues.
4- The Blues don't think Reilly is better. In fact, Parayko is, at the very least, next to untouchable. More likely, he is untouchable.
5- Even if Parayko could be dealt for, the Leafs don't have the player(s) that could get it done.

Like I said, it's never gonna happen.

I’m not going to squabble with Leaf fans about values of players, basically what it comes down to is the Blues are trying to win a championship this year and in the very near future so any deal that they make must bring them closer to that goal. This doesn’t do that.
