holy hell what an awful trade for NJ. there is no way you're a Devils fan if you're proposing this move... that or you just don't watch hockey. most Sabres fans are willing to get rid of Ristolainen for peanuts.

No no no no please no. Risto is a bottom 4 defenseman who has been miscast as a top 2 his whole career. His microstats portray him as replacement level. I wouldn’t even trade one 1st for him.

I think the Devils need to bolster the D corps through a depth signing in FA and a trade for an undervalued Dman.

so what would u recommend then the devils do need to get better defensively and I thought this would help but if you guys have some better ideas please let me know.
