As a Wings I think it depends on the fan. Detroit does need a goalie and acquiring one without giving up a draft pick is nice. I think it's too early to give up on Cholowski especially when you look who they have to play LD. Nemeth and DeKeyser signed NHL defenseman. Then you have Hicketts and Lashoff who are in Grand Rapids and aren't NHL defensemen. Leaving McIsaac who is at least a year away maybe 2 years since he is coming off shoulder surgery. So trading him means Lashoff is the #6 dman and that is a scary thought. I know there are plenty of Wings Fan's who would trade him in a heartbeat.
