I don't think Roslo is a prospect anymore. He's made it. I can't say the same for Mitts though.

How about a Mitts for Pool Party swap?

I would take it but I know a lot of other Sharks fans won't

I constantly have a problem trading our first pick. Hertl seems like a great player who should help us get into the playoffs, but he got seriously injured and whether he will also be good next season, the second minus is his contract, which ends in two years. Difficult decision.

Roslovic>mittlestadt. Roslovic is already an nhler and has more upside while mittlestadt hasn’t even made the nhl. Jets don’t even think about it

Presumably, the seventh overall draft pick should deliver a player equal to Hertl if it works out. Which is better: to have two years of Hertl while the Sabres climb up in the standings, with a shot at re-signing Hertl at the end of that term; or a shot at a player of equal value for 6 or 7 years, i.e., exactly when the Sabres will have arrived as contenders? I vote for the latter.

Ghost doesn’t need a change of scenery. He needs to stay healthy.
