Virtanen will be making more then that on a years deal. He is arbitrary eligible and any reasonable judge will gave him morebthen that. Sam Bennet make more than take and doesn’t have close number. Same case with Gaudette who was on pace for 40 point this year. A Beagle fourth line players making more them him doesnt make much sense

If I'm Van I'd rather just ride out the last couple years of Eriksson rather then take on Abdelkader and his extra year.

Abdelkader can at least bang and crash, Eriksson doesn't provide much of anything on the bottom 6 other than empty net snipes

Interesting exchange if bad 4 bad..with each team gaining some $ relief... Canucks $ per year..& wings save the term length...hmmm..think both teams may want other avenues but maybe..depends how tight Canucks become to cap max
