You're not getting a 2020 2nd for Johnsson, a 3rd liner

It's a nice gift, but we really don't need Kerfoot all that badly...

Hard to know in the current cap crunch. Normally no problem. Johnsson is entering the best years of his career.

I would like to develop him there. Lots of tools for that role.

Coming off a scary injury. You're not getting a 2nd in the deepest draft since 03 for him

Deepest draft since 03?? Ahh, not sure about that one. 2015 Draft was strong, this one is decent.

This is deeper than 2015. It's not the same calibre as 03, but it's deeper than 2015

I guess time will tell...McD, Eichel, Marner, Aho, Provorov, Werenski, Rantanen, Barzal, Chabot, Beoser, DeBrusk, Connor, Meier, Hannafin, and plenty more

This the Leafs dilemma (and most teams), trading away NHLers and replacing them with players not as good just to add a then magical RHD doesn't make the Leafs better. Engvall isn't an offensive player. Would hate to see him bumped into the top two centre positions if either Tavares or Matthews was injured.

2015 was a great draft. No one is saying otherwise, but Lafreniere, Byfield, Stutzle, Raymond, Askarov, Drysdale etc etc. It's got every possibility to be better

You have other options like Nylander or possibly Marner who can play C...they would be better than Kerfoot

He was actually being developed as a C with the marlies. The leafs also have spezza and brooks if engvall can’t handle the job. May also be other cheaper options in ufa.

Nylander for Pesce, we know this. Value for those two is equal. How about a 5th for Matthews?

Nope. Pesce's injury wasn't scary. It's an expected injury for physical defenders. It's shoulder surgery ****. Try again

For the nth time, Kerfoot won't be traded just for a pick.

And knee injuries aren’t? Lol keep picking cherries. Hyman came back and put up his best numbers.

Knee injuries for a guy who relies on his skating? Keep comparing apples and oranges. A lot of players don't come back the same from knee injuries. Shoulder injruies are far less of a worry dumb dumb

Seriously? You’re calling me names? Pretty sure Hyman relies on his legs to skate just like Pesce relies on his shoulder to shoot pass and hit.

Mango will return just fine and I’m sure Pesce will too. Although I’m not sure if the severity of his injury. Look at how dumba came back from a ruptured peck.

I point out you contradicting yourself and you call me a dumb dumb.
