Description

Took some inspiration and help from Die By The Blade Podcast. Tried to work in getting Pilut a fresh start somewhere new. Retooling a line 2&3/middle 6 group that is interchangeable. Hoping Hutton's eye issue is fixed, and if not he just goes to AHL to be a vet mentor to UPL. All the while, hopefully staying in the bounds of the Pegula's wanting to be more "lean".

If Columbus moves Savard they would need another RHD, if not they would probably decline. You honestly can use Johan Larsson as the 2nd line center, he’s a really good player, that they should keep.

We could end up declining anyways; Risto isn't the sort of defensive stalwart we'd be looking for in a Savard replacement, and Asplund kind of isn't valuable to us. But it's still pretty decent value despite that, so, maybe.

Buffalo is garbage in this scenario with another rookie 2C. Any team that has no chance to go to the playoffs immediately is a non-starter for me.
