I mean there's no difference between Kempny and someone like Jon Merrill or Mike Reilly. You can get them for almost nothing.

Kempny has graded out 105th in on-ice value/60 over the last 2 seasons among d-men. Just behind guys like Alex Goligoski and Oscar Fantenberg...what do they cost? A 2nd?
