From SJ perspective, the price is a bit too much. I'd say Strome and Georgiev are each worth a late 2nd.

Not far enough, but you could argue a late 2nd and another piece for either. Put them together, and I think one early 2nd isn't unreasonable in a package deal.

Yes, Tampa is adding Kreider's Contract. But take off Palat, on top of what Cirelli could have gotten, and they're probably saving about $5M. Enough money to resign Sergachev.

Tampa would likely decline. Kreider is a good player but adding his 6.5 doesn't help Tampa. They don't save that much on this trade as Cirelli would bridge for 4 to 4.5, so the cap savings are only ~3 million after adding Kreider. Palat is also the least likely of the ntc players that Tampa tries to convince to waive, so ultimately this doesn't seem like a deal that Tampa would accept.
