As a Leafs fan, I wouldn’t ever do this. I like Nylander and don’t see why leafs fans would want to trade him when he has the best contract out of the big 4. But that’s just my opinion.

Yeah, I don't think its a good trade for Toronto. I'm just wondering if its the kind of panic move they would do. They'll save some money on Brown's next contract and he's one of those "grit" guys with scoring ability that the media would push for.

I'd also add that because his is the best contract of their top 4, it would be the easiest to move.
