The Oilers should take Reichel. and ur overrating perfetti. Rossi> Perfetti imo. If the Jets aren't going to get a centre (Lundell) Then they should get a dman (sanderson). thats just me tho.

Jarvis to MTL was my dream pick (even at 9th if Hotlz was gone I wouldn’t be mad if we took him, but I preferered Sanderson/Lundell). I’m super high on him.

Speaking on behalf of the Jets, I think they need to grab a forward at #10 no matter what.

My preference in order of guys who should* still be available: Lundell (my clear cut choice but could see him going at #9), Jarvis (Hometown boy who can put up a ton of points), Quinn, Amirov, Sanderson (I'll add him since if they DO take a defenceman, he is the obvious choice), Zary.

Exactly. If Askarov is drafted, he will end his developpement in the KHL and then arrive in the NHL. In 2-3-4 years, Askarov will be very dominant, and will only enter his 3 years rookie contract. That's an easy way to save money for 3 years.
I would rather give more money to one goalie than to have 2 goalies at more than 3mil if I was Dundon.

It absolutely makes sense for the Canes to pick Askarov. But he won’t let them pick a goalie in the 1st round for the same stupid reason he won’t let them pick a defenseman in the 1st round.

As a Devils fan, I love all 3 picks. Don’t know to much about Gunler, but Holtz seems legit and I’ve heard good things about Schneider being the 3rd or 4th best d-man in this draft.

Wouldn't be crazy to do so either. I don't think there is this huge gap between Laf & Byfield talent/potential wise. Plus, NYR probably needs a #1 center as opposed to another winger. We'll see.

I wouldn’t. Great player but I’d go Holtz over Sanderson. We need top caliber forwards. We haven’t had a true sniper since we had those 2 dicks Parise and Kovalchuk.

Schneider is probably the 4th best defenseman in the draft, but that isn’t saying much. This year is just horrible for D, and at best Schneider is probably a #3-4 defenseman. He has a low ceiling and high floor.

Who do you have before Schneider on D? I have in order Drysdale, Sanderson, Guhle?, Schneider?
