Description
thornton would be questionable for 3rd line, wouldnt mind seeing turris there if he ends up getting bought out but he could be too expensive.

other 4th line signings could be anyone, demelo would probably get more in free agency but thats what i would spend on him for 3rd pair.

hard to gauge what mikeyev is looking for and if he wants a yr or multi yr contract

There were rumours about Kapanen for Manson and a fifth around the deadline....

So I think you’re overpaying on that ANA Trade.

That bottom 6 is pretty not good, D is a bit better but is Miller an upgrade on Holl? It's a heavy Overpay for Manson as well, I fail to see how this group is at all improved or even gets to a playoff series let alone wins a series

When you look at all the factors Kapanen for Manson straight up is pretty close. I dont like moving Liljegren unless It’s in a bigger deal for a better defender. Would love to see him play the bulk of third pair minutes to start and see f he can lay his way up.

Ya the ANA trade seems like we are giving up a bit much but I don’t want to be a biased leafs fan...
I like this roster except I’m not comfortable having Thornton at 3C, would hope to have a guy that can play more tough shut down minutes

Sabres pass I do not see the Sabres willing to give up anything for Andreas Johnsson unless they have a second deal in place to move him elsewhere. He has no spot in the Sabres lineup

Please tell me that word was supposed to be "play."

As an Anaheim guy, I think that we owe you a fourth.

Because the sabres are so good and have so much depth god forbid you have a late round draft pick that has learned what hard work means when your roster has an 8th overall pick barely getting by on the 4th line with all his skill
