The order doesn’t matter I understand the cap crunch but I will say the guys you named won’t be the guys traded they will likely buy out Johnson if no trade partner , trade Killer and depth guys like Paquette and Coburn to free the cap up but Kuch Stammer Point Hedman and Vasy ya they won’t be dealt

I dont think Johnson is as unmovable as you think. His contract isn't terrible and NTCs get waived all the time.

True. I don't know if buying out Johnson is the best move this season because he's still a 2.7 million cap hit next season. The 2.3 million dollar of space you bring in isn't enough to sign Cirelli or Serg and it's gonna cost more than 2.3 to replace his production.

I'd love if they manage to sell high on Gourde after how he's playing this post season but I dont see us getting away from that contract. I think Killer is going to be the easiest to move. Wouldn't be surprised if a team like Buffalo came after him, the kinda team that needs a bit of a culture change.
Killer: Probably easiest to move
Johnson: Easiest to replace in the lineup.
Palat: 5.3 million and a full ntc, consistently in Tampa's top 6. I think he has the least reason to waive and a hard cap hit to move to another contender.
Gourde: That contract and that regular season

On of Paq, Goodie and Coleman are probably out too.

Take out Volkov and the 2nd and that could work for Columbus.
