He's mentioned multiple times he would rather play on his off side. He's more comfortable there, and if they could get a big bodied defender to play on his left, that would be a perfect situation for him.

Well lefties are certainly easier to find than righties lol. If we just wanna draft that, Wallinder should be available at 22 or 33, or maybe even take Sanderson at 5, though I’d prefer Raymond.

Schmatlz didnt even play cause he was injured , Murphy is solid but hes no Hammer , and Strome is already in trade rumors

Strome only in rumors because of cap reasons, and I was taking about before he got injured.
Hammer's best days where in Chicago, So rn I think Chicago won the Hammer trade, even tho both teams got a stud defensively.

The Old Cynic says, Hands up all those who think the NHL would have levied the same punishment against the Toronto Maple Leafs or New York Rangers.

Yeah your right about Schmaltz he struggled in January and February still was on pace for 50 points so not bad

Don't be down, this is a lot better than another 5 years of Chayka, don't you think?

He belongs in baseball. Hockey can't be solved with numbers. People need to stop relying on anylaitcs in hockey. Every time someone brings them up I want to laugh in their face. When have they ever worked in hockey? Sure, it is fine to use analytics when finding the right trade target, you also need to watch them too.

In the last few years, I have seen some really good games from them and that was a result of Rick Toccett(how ever you spell it) not Chayka.

Get that man the pieces!
