Jake Allen played well. No need to detonate the world because we exploited Binningtons weak blocker side. He might be able to fix that anyway.

He only has 13 games in the NHL though, wouldn't it be nice to have a backup plan? I guess a first might be a bit much though. I'll concede that maybe I should have looked elsewhere for a landing spot for binnington.

Klim kostin is a pretty good prospect though. But yeah, this could end up being a **** deal for the Duck's if him and the picks don't pan out. But the Ducks are about to rebuild though. Why waste Gibson's prime playing on a cellar dweller?

He’s more than just a player for Anaheim. He does a TON of stuff with the community. And he’s a fan favorite. He’s our version of Carey Price

Yeah, that's a good point. I doubt Anaheim would go for this in a realistic situation unless Gibson requested it.

Blues give up 8 players to totally overhaul their goal-tending that has been stellar for the past 2 years. Allen who was one of the dominant goaltenders in the regular season this year and postseason, Binnington who was in contention for the vezina, calder, and conn smyth last year. And you want to compare that to Gibson who has been statistically getting worst year after year
