Now don’t go and chase me with pitchforks right away and hear me out quick. I 100% don’t think this trade happens. However, if Tukka decides he is done but doesn’t want to retire, I could see a goaltender needy team like Detroit try to scoop him up. Is the value low, abso-freaking-lutely. But, again, we’re talking about basically a dead contract to the bruins at this point. I see this a a win-win. Now with that out of the way, what do you think?

What? He isn’t a dead contract to the bruins. You really need to read up on the situation. I don’t think you know what’s going on.

Detroit isn’t going to give picks for veterans right now. If they want a goalie, they have more than enough cap space to sign a really good goalie in free agency.

If the story I read is correct I'm pretty sure his teammates would've more upset if he stayed.

I'm glad you answered because didn't want to start any rumors. I read the reason he opted out because he has a very sick child.

Rask

It's the 3rd headline.

Yup. It’s ridiculous show places like this have run wild with it. If there weren’t a pandemic this story never would have become public. He’s not retiring. That’s lunacy!

I completely agree sports are great and Fans love their teams but there are things that are just more important and you can't lose sight of that.
