The second 1st was because Lehtera was a pure cap dump. Could barely play in the NHL at the time and didn't play long after. OEL's contract isn't a cap dump at all. It would take one 1st rounder (especially with the next 2 drafts being deep), a young NHLer with substantial upside, another relatively good young piece, and a roster player with some cap as an equalizer. But it would not involve multiple 1st round picks at all

CBJ are not giving up their first-rounders for anyone less than the absolute top level of the league (the McDavid/Eichel/Mackinnon/Pettersson tier). Our prospect pool is too shallow for that. More likely that we'd trade a goalie prospect, a D like Murray or Nutivaara, and/or a serviceable forward like Riley Nash.
